From Addiction & Self-Doubt to Emotional Freedom & Purpose


I’m Morris “Mo” Chaisson, founder of BeMoHappy Coaching.

My life has been anything but a straight line:

  • Fed alcohol as a baby and drinking daily as a teen

  • Left a 12-year job to pursue a machinist path

  • Laid off in the oilfield downturn

  • Lost 90+ pounds (twice certified as a personal trainer)

  • Failed the real estate exam 5 times before passing on the 6th

  • Closed 22 properties in my first year as a realtor

  • Survived Hurricane Ida’s impact on my business and finances

  • Fought through addiction, shame, and “not enough” beliefs

 

Through all of that, one thing became crystal clear:

Willpower alone is not enough.
You don’t rise above your mindset, you sink to it.

I immersed myself in personal development — over 5,000 hours of audio, books, and study from great minds like Bob Proctor, Earl Nightingale, Maxwell Maltz and many others.

 

Out of my personal healing, spiritual growth, and deep study,
I created the Cognitive Reframing System (CRS), 
a structured way to help others do what I had to figure out the hard way:

Change your thinking → Change your identity → Change your life.

You can’t change what you can’t see.

We uncover:

  • The hidden beliefs running your life

  • Emotional patterns and triggers

This phase gives you language and clarity for what’s been going on inside of you for years.

We break down negative thought loops into:

  • Trigger

  • Story/Meaning

  • Emotion

  • Behavior

  • Truth

You’ll learn how to “pull apart” a thought so it loses its emotional chokehold.


This is where anxiety, shame, and fear begin to loosen their grip.

Neural Shift Installation

If your brain learned fear, it can also learn freedom.

Using principles of neuroplasticity, we:

  • Install new, empowering beliefs

  • Use identity statements to rewire how you see yourself

  • Practice visualization and emotional pairing

  • Upgrade your self-talk and internal language

 

This is where we literally train your brain to recognize peace, confidence, and self-respect as the new “normal.”

In this phase, we turn your new identity into:

  • Daily aligned habits

  • Healthier emotional responses

  • Boundaries and communication upgrades
